Welcome to The Bear Hugs Collective
~ Body Positivity Starts With Belonging ~
~ And Sometimes Belonging Starts With A Hug~

At The Bear Hug Collective, we believe that authentic connection starts with simple human touch. Our workshops and cuddle sessions create safe, body-positive spaces for people to relax, feel accepted, and connect without judgment. One bear hug at a time.
Whether you’re joining a group cuddle event, exploring body acceptance in a workshop, or booking a one-on-one session, you’ll find warmth, respect, and comfort.

As the collective grows we hope to create gatherings that celebrate comfort, connection, and care in all forms. Let's help the collective grow and create a more accepting world.
Our Philosopy
We’re all built for connection. In a world that often teaches us to shrink, The Bear Hug Collective invites you to show up exactly as you are. We all need to feel connection and acceptance. For so many in our increasingly isolated society, the healing power of simple and platonic physical touch can be so distant that feelings of isolation grow until we become isolated from our very selves.
Our goal is to create healthy spaces where consent is respected, communication is clear, acceptance is endless, and touch is safe. When you join a collective workshop, group, or session of any kind, you can know that you will be shown kindness, treated with respect, and provided a shame-free space to be yourself.
You don’t need to be a “bear” to belong, you just need to bring an open heart and the courage to connect.
